Swollen lymph nodes
Small red areas at the site of injection. (after 10-14 days of taking the BCG injection, these red areas may appear. They decrease in size slowly and completely disappear after about 6 months.)

Frequent or painful urination
Upset stomach
Vomiting
There are some rare side effects such as severe skin rash, difficulty breathing or swallowing, and wheezing.
If these symptoms occur when the BCG vaccine at home is taken, then the doctor should be informed immediately.
